One of my favorite places to eat here in New Mexico is Taco Cabana. It’s absolutely a great place to eat and enjoy fellowship with family and friends. After church as a family we usually eat there outside on the patio under the shade of the tree. They serve mexican foods and my favorite is the fajitas with steak. Each bite of fajitas makes me feel as though I’m floating on the clouds. They freshly prepare their tortillas every day, it’s so fresh and delicious. In tagalog it’s masarap or in spanish, delicioso! My husbands favorite is the burritos. He loves to put green chili on top and eat sliced jalapeno on the side. It’s so spicy and delicious! Recently I read in the readers digest that eating mexican foods keeps you away from any breast cancer disease. I’m not sure if it’s true but it’s just one more reason to love and enjoy mexican food.
